RUANG// Journal Open Call: “Technology and Ecology in Southeast Asian Contemporary Art”

RUANG// Journal invites submissions for critical writings exploring the entanglements of technology and ecology in contemporary artistic practices across Southeast Asia.
The call encourages essays that examine how technology functions not only as digital tools but also as infrastructures, networks, and systems that intersect with ecological, political, and cultural realities.
It seeks perspectives that address issues such as extractive industries, indigenous knowledge, speculative futures, and the relationships between human and more-than-human worlds.

Accepted formats include critical essays, reviews, and experimental writing.
