Casting Call for Performer from the Global Majority

Ad Infinitum are looking to cast a performer from the Global Majority to join a multigenerational ensemble of six, for the creation, rehearsals and tour of their latest production, The Long Lie (working title).

Produced with seven partner venues, The Long Lie will be examining the elderly care system, bringing together diverse, intergenerational artists, communities, charity partners and audiences to explore unheard narratives on this universal issue. 

This engagement will be fully paid. Rehearsals will take place in Bristol and, if required, travel and accommodation will be covered by Ad Infinitum.

The performer should be:

• An excellent physical performer from the Global Majority
• Experienced in singing in close harmony, and who is happy to experiment and play with vocal improvisation
• A very confident and experienced deviser 
• An excellent collaborator 
• An excellent character actor
• Open to new challenges and to being pushed
• Playing age can range from 20 to 80
