Swing Dresser - To Kill a Mockingbird

We are seeking a talented individual to be SWING DRESSER on the West End production of TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD.

Responsibilities include working as part of the team to maintain the look of the production as designed, including dressing performers prior to and during rehearsals and performances and other performance-related activities, working as part of an efficient and successful department and liaison with all other departments on the production and associated personnel.  

Candidates will require relevant hands-on professional experience in costume, sewing skills (desirable but not essential), the ability to work under pressure and within a team and good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organisational and time management qualities. 

Experience in theatre on a large scale production is preferred for this position but we will also consider people with a proven record of skills in a similar environment.

Candidates must be able to commit a short-term contract of a minimum of one month, ideally to start as soon as possible. The role is payable at BECTU rates.
