Lab.16 art contest, is a call for submissions open to all kind of artists. Works allowed in the art competition are: drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, graphics, mix media and video. A great opportunity for the artists, which can win a cash prize, have the opportunity to exhibit the artworks in October 2020 in Rome and much more.

The following types of works are admitted: Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Mixed media, Digital, Video, Graphics, Net art, other (all visual works that can be reproduced through a picture are allowed).

“Village (Farm)” Digital Art Contest

Pixarra is announcing a call for artists for a new digital art contest under the theme of “Village (Farm)”. Submission is free of charge and is not limited in the number of entries. 2D and 3D artists from around the world are invited to show their art.

All submissions must be digital paintings created with illustration software and the participants must have the full copyrights on them. Traditional art, photographies, photo manipulations, collages and animation are not accepted.

Call for Artists from Charleston, SC

In light of the fact that most of us are confined inside and unable to travel at the moment, Landing Contemporary Art will be launching several online destination-themed exhibitions. We believe art is one of the best ways to experience the culture of an area, so these exhibitions are meant to help viewers travel virtually to the places they long to visit as well as to assist artists in different areas by showcasing their works during this difficult time.

We are pleased to announce that the first destination we are highlighting is the hometown of LCA: Charleston, SC. At this point, we would like to invite artists from in and around Charleston to submit works of any medium and subject matter that they believe speak to life and the culture in the area.
