Well we are always looking for artists, but this is a very special opportunity… and if you get excited about resident empowerment, planning reform and being rooted in neighbourhoods then this might be for you. 

Budget: £5000 Fee + £5000 Materials

Deadline for applications: Monday 3rd February 2020, 5pm

VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2020

Venice International Art Fair is a contemporary art fair that presents collective and solo projects by leading and emerging international artists. The 12th edition will represent a forum for direct exchange of ideas and contacts between collectors, artists, photographers, designers and art professionals. The art fair features paintings, sculptures, photography art, installations, video art and live performance.

Venice International Art Fair, organized by ITSLIQUID Group in collaboration with Venice Events and Ca’ Zanardi, will be held in Venice, at THE ROOM Contemporary Art Space from April 09 to May 10 2020, at Palazzo Ca’ Zanardi from April 10 to May 10 2020 and in other prestigious venues and historical buildings.

Imaginative Illustrations Wanted

We have open submissions for visual work at all times, including comic/graphic novel content and illustrations. We are seeking only unpublished works at this time, for inclusion in our literary magazine. Works should in some way express the concept of hybrid, speculative fiction.

DC Local Artists Wanted for Public Mural

Living Classrooms Foundation of the National Capital Region (Living Classrooms) seeks a muralist to create conservation-themed murals for five cement bridge panels along the Benning Road Ethel Kennedy Bridge near the Benning Road entrance to Kingman and Heritage Islands. Kingman Island is an incredible natural resource and recreation area and was designated a state conservation area by Mayor Muriel Bowser in 2018.
