Draw, have fun and win prizes in Pixarra’s new illustration contest!

Pixarra is announcing a call for artists for a new digital art contest under the theme of “Easter”. Submission is free of charge and is not limited in the number of entries. 2D and 3D artists from around the world are invited to show their art. Submissions can depict personal or public events occurred through the last year.

All submissions must be digital paintings created with illustration software and the participants must have the full copyrights on them. Traditional art, photographies, photo manipulations, collages and animation are not accepted.

'En Plein Air' Art Competition

9AM - 2PM | FREE to Enter

Stop by the Art & Earth Day Welcome Tent the day of the festival to register!

*Contestants must bring their own supplies.

 

Juried by local artist and educator Daniel Bonham, this free competition is split up into two groups: 17 and under, and 18+. Participants will create 'en plein air' drawings or paintings that will be juried at the Grand Pavilion at 2PM.

Winners from both groups will be announced at 3PM on the day of the festival. First and second-place winners from both groups will receive prizes.

NGC Competition

In the frames of NGC Lab we hold an International Film music composers competition - NGC Competition.

You are offered to compose a piece – a truly unique and memorable music, for up to 5 minutes in length – that could be considered as the main theme for a movie. Open call takes place from December 15ер, 2020 till May 1st, 2021. 

Harry Gregson-Williams is the President of the jury.

Check the piece requierments, outstanding international jury and amazing prizes on our web site. Works of 20 finalists will be published in our YouTube channel.

"FLOWER and STILL LIFE" Online International Juried Exhibition

Gallery Ring announces an art contest devoted to both FLOWERS and STILL LIFE.  Artists may submit as they prefer: only still life compositions, only flowers or to both categories.  For flowers, they should be the main focus of the artwork, ranging from a single bloom to bouquets, gardens and fields of wildflowers. Deadline is Monday, January 18th 2021.  Fee is $20 US for 1-3 pieces.
