Residencies at Akademie Schloss Solitude enable fellows to devote themselves to their research projects under favorable material and intellectual conditions. For the 19th time, around 65 residencies of six to twelve months will be awarded.

Live In An Art Hotel in Kyoto

FELLINI Gallery Kyoto is an Art Center located ground floor of an eco-friendly boutique hotel, comprising an international art gallery, café/bar, ateliers, studios, and residency in the cultural and artistic city of Kyoto, Japan. Japan's cultural affairs agency's move from Tokyo to Kyoto opens a bright future for Kyoto's art scene. We are 3 min walk to the subway stop Sanjo Keihan, along the beautiful Kamo river, 5-10 minutes walk to Gion, Pontocho with many restaurants, bars, cafes, Nishiki market, Shijo, and Kawaramachi but inside is very quiet.
