Must be comfortable and love life Lol

Hand modeling and culinary experience is a plus!

•  Please prepare 2-3 minutes of energetic fitness exercises, ideally in our Physique 57 style, that showcase your knowledge of anatomy, musicality, command, energy, and personality!

•  Pick an UPBEAT song and bring music on either an iPod or your phone.

•  Bring a copy of your headshot and resume with you.

Seeking Contemporary Dancers

VashtiDance Theater seeks well trained contemporary dancers for its season of performances ( including concerts, event performances, and educational performances in New York and nationally).  Ideal candidates will have good fundamental training in ballet and modern and experience with other genres including, West African, Hi-Hop, or other styles of dance. The ideal dancer will also be open-mnded, a team player, committed to the contracted season. Performances are paid and there is a monthly travel stipend. Rehearsals are twice weekly (generally-exclusing some holidays).

Dancer should be highly trained, with strong classical ballet training, lifting and partnering skills. He should also be comfortable with neo-classical, contemporary, and modern work.
