We are a rapidly growing consumer brand serving the art community. We operate an online Art Education platform and an omni-channel Art Supplies brand, and we are constantly exploring new opportunities to leverage technology to serve our creative community. We are an Australian company however ~90% of our customers are based overseas. Our team of 25 people are based remotely all over the world and the business is led by two founders who were formerly at top-tier Management Consulting and Investment Banking firms. Our adviser panel is comprised of leading PE / VC investors and successful entrepreneurs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team to help plan, integrate and execute the marketing efforts across both divisions. The preferred candidate will have 2 - 4 years experience planning and executing out-of-the-box marketing campaigns, optimizing the overall customer journey (e.g. user flow), and creating powerful copy within a marketing agency or fast growing D2C brand. Experience working within e-commerce, big-box retail, or within a D2C technology business will be favored. The candidate will have a strong interest in working within a nimble and high-growth company at the intersection of art, the internet and technology. Marketers with a passion for making art themselves are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Growth and work closely with all key line managers. There is much opportunity for further promotion and professional growth.
