WORKING STUDENT - Production / Technical Design 

OTTOLINGER is an independent fashion brand based in Berlin, known for its experimental approach, strong silhouettes, and a hands-on, craft-driven production process.

We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Production & Technical Design team in our Berlin studio. This role offers hands-on insight into the full production process of an international fashion brand.

Location: Berlin Studio
Start: Immediately
Duration: Ideally multiple semesters

Tasks

• Sample coordination and tracking
• Finalizing production prints
• Finalizing production Tech Packs
• EPR / Zedonk: booking in, inventory, sales orders
• Inventory upkeep and organization
• In-house production support
• Show and collection sampling, including artisanal tasks
• Support with shipments and logistics
• Support with sales orders

Skills + Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university (ideally based in Berlin)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Confident use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally Zedonk)
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset
• Highly organized with a structured workflow
• Team player with a hands-on attitude

Language Skills 

• English (required)
• German (a plus)
