PAiR Residency (Pāvilosta, Latvia) is looking for a passionate and experienced Residency Director

PAiR is part of VV Foundation, dedicated to supporting contemporary art through residencies, exhibitions, and our annual Visitors Programme.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and shape the PAiR residency programme
  • Support the residents during their stay
  • Organise events
  • Build partnerships
  • Manage operations, communications & funding

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in arts management, curation, or residencies
  • Strong organisational & communication skills
  • Knowledge of contemporary art
  • Comfortable working independently and on-site in Pāvilosta
  • English required; Latvian is a plus
