This role is intended to increase capacity to drive the newly established Havering Local Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP) which focuses on the opportunities education and cultural partners can develop together to transform the lives of Havering’s children and young people and better promote the value of culture in education.

This role will focus on the following outcomes:

 Support the development and establishment of Havering LCEP
 Secure future funding for the LCEP
 Strengthen and develop partnerships with local schools and colleges, cross sectoral creative industries in Havering and other LCEP (both individuals and organisations)
 Support the project management and delivery of Havering LCEP’s action plan through to March 2023
 Complete a robust evaluation of the programme of work, fulfilling both partners requirements, and that requested as useful for the LCEP's own monitoring, in order that learning from this approach can be shared in other places

We’re looking for someone keen to accelerate the pace of change and make a real difference to Havering. Much of the work will take place away from the theatre itself, developing relationships with educational and cultural partners, principally young people, that QTH and the Havering LCEP is less or not currently connected to.
Interested and suitably experienced consultants should submit a short proposal outlining relevant experience, the approach they would take to delivering this brief, the number of days of work that would be undertaken for the budget available, and details of two references.
