Bow Arts is seeking talented Artist Educators to support the delivery of its highly successful learning programme. 

Bow Arts is a leading arts charity with a mission to make creative activity sustainable within our local communities by providing opportunities to work, learn and enjoy affordable, lifelong access to the arts. Our Learning programme creates high quality artist-led projects for children and young people built around individual school priorities. We also provide an artist-led offer of training and INSET to teachers and school support staff.  

As a Bow Arts Artist Educator, you will:  

  • Be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating arts-based projects for schools. These may include, skill development projects, topic based or cross-curricular projects, cover for teacher planning, preparation, and assessment time (PPA), teacher CPD (continued professional development), permanent artworks for schools, Arts Award projects, exam support 
  • Collaborate with teachers and members of the Bow Arts learning team to devise projects that respond to the individual needs of each school innovatively 
  • Work collaboratively with schools to deliver creative learning experiences that challenge and inspire young people and teachers, and are accessible to all 
  • Reflect our values of passion, innovation and collaboration in all aspects of your work 
  • Work in line with Bow Arts’ sustainability and inclusion policies
