Building Imagination is a team of passionate individuals that run after-school clubs and holiday workshops which focus on teaching students about design & technology. We use Lego as a teaching tool and introduce other technologies as students progress.
Examples of a few sessions are:
Bridge Building // Wind Powered Machines // Zip Line Challenges // Treehouses & Marble Runs.
We are now looking for an additional team member to join our team.

Sessions are generally 1 hour and run on a weekly basis during term time from either 12:30 - 1:30 or 3:30 - 4:30pm. At some schools we run 2 sessions in succession

There are additional paid opportunities to design your own lessons and challenges

Sessions happen at different schools across London - To minimise travel, each club leader teaches at schools closest to them

Sessions pay between £35 - £45 ph session (£35 in first term, £40 in second and then £45 after 3 terms. Travel costs are also covered.

Must be confident working with children

Must be able to commit to teaching at least 1 weekly hour-long session

No teaching qualification is required and we can apply for a DBS if you don't have one.
