 The Job

We are recruiting a Logistics Art Handler Technician to join our  production team. This role is responsible for the careful packing and handling of finished pieces as produced in the Cox Workshops involving high value items of furniture and lighting. The role will also include monitoring of essential packaging stock consumables, allowing items to be ordered in good time ensuring no delays for dispatch occur.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Correctly packing and labelling orders for dispatch following company guidelines

Processes all shipments and items for dispatch with supporting documentation

Building of wooden support structures for protection of delicate and heavy items

Relocation and installation of furniture and lighting to support a busy production and dispatch schedule.

Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications

BTEC certificate or similar qualification

Experience working with custom lighting, furniture or fine art

Excellent attention to detail

Computer literate

Excellent communication skills, English speaking

Excellent team working skills
