Based in Hyde, we specialise in event and prop design, production, installation and project management, making us a one stop shop for all your event fit-out requirements.

Over the past fifteen years we have successfully run our own events, giving us the knowledge and know-how of how events work and what they need, in order to run efficiently and avoid the headaches that come with production.

From club and festival décor to restaurant design and brand activations we have gone from strength to strength to become one of the biggest uk décor and prop installation companies.


We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Business Developer to join our team.

The core responsibilities will be the day-to-day management of a portfolio of existing clients as well as actively cross selling to new clients. Your role will be to work closely with these clients to understand their needs, create brief and project plans in accordance with their expectations and work closely with other departments to execute these needs.

The ideal candidate will have a self-starter, proactive mentality, strong interpersonal skills and be looking to develop and establish their skillset when engaging with key decision makers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
  • Recommends equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Estimates partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BA in business administration or a related field
  • 3 -5 years of sales experience
  • Master’s degree is desirable
