This position requires an individual with a flexible schedule to manage multiple tasks related to day to day keeping everything on the rails, including social media/marketing, maintaining the educational programing and tracking inventory and periodically sales. Candidate doesnt heed to have a working knowledge of the Atlanta arts scene, but it helps.  More importantly is that they are easy to work with, no drama... and how to interact with our potential partners, vendors, clients and collectors. Experience in arts administration or related industry (i.e. interior design, architecture, marketing) is a plus. This is currently a part-time position located in Chattahoochee Hills, GA. 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta but could turn into a full time role.  


  • Managing artist inventory through documentation, website maintenance
  • Receiving and responding to studio inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating with artists and artist assistants to keep an organized schedule
  • Acting as a point of contact for galleries, consultants, and clients
  • Overseeing movement of artwork
  • Maintaining updated client records
  • Acting as artist brand ambassador; attending related meetings and events with artists
  • Developing marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth of business and media exposure

Hours & Compensation

Hourly or Salary Depending on Experience

Schedule negotiable (conceptualized as Tuesday - Saturday)

Conceptualized as part-time position with 24-30 hours a week which could evolve into a full-time salaried position.

Performance evaluation: After first six months and thereafter, yearly.
