Gilman Contemporary seeks a passionate employee to help run the day to day operations in our Ketchum/Sun Valley gallery. 

The Gallery assistant is tasked with general administration, management of sales, supporting the development of artist and client relationship, managing inventory and website and assisting in the curation and installation of exhibitions together with the owner.

This position requires organizational skills, strong communication skills as well as strong computer and web-based knowledge. This position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Additional duties  (including but not limited to): 

Supports the development of gallery processes and procedures.

Oversees gallery exhibitions and opening events

Communicating necessary details to gallery staff and owner

Manages inventory in and out of gallery 

Assists with identifying new artists

Qualifications include:
College degree
Someone who is reliable, dependable and detail oriented
Adobe, GSuite and Apple proficiency preferred
Social media proficiency required
