Role Description:
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to provide support to existing clients, while also doing business development to enroll new clients. You will build long term relationships with your clients, managing them through the sales, on-boarding and then troubleshooting phases, with a highly consultative, white glove service approach. The role is currently 100% remote and the company is based in NYC.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing an assigned roster of accounts
  • Continually working to understand your clients’ needs and how ArtBinder can best support them
  • Communicating with clients regarding ArtBinder updates, news, fixes, and more
  • Conducting client onboarding, including coordinating data migration, tutorials, and ongoing training and support
  • Maintaining up-to-date client profiles and records in our CRM system
  • Identifying potential upselling opportunities
  • Engaging in client retention activities and renewing annual contracts as they come due 
  • Troubleshooting and documenting system bugs and errors
  • Serving as a liaison between the Client Success and Product teams by relaying client feedback

Ideal Profile:

  • Interest in, and facility with, SaaS products, apps, and technology in general
  • Some connection or background in the Art Industry
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to build relationship with a diverse range of roles and personalities
  • Desire to work in a fluid, small company environment
