Role Description:
We are looking to add a Sales & Client Support Manager to our team to provide support to existing clients, while also doing business development to enroll new clients. You will build long term relationships with your clients, managing them through the sales and on-boarding phases and then provide them with ongoing troubleshooting and support. Our approach is highly consultative and ArtBinder prides itself on our commitment to White Glove Service. The role is currently 100% remote and the company is based in NYC. Preference is given to candidates in the NYC area.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a roster of accounts
  • Continually working to understand your clients’ needs and how ArtBinder can best support them
  • Communicating with clients regarding ArtBinder updates, news, fixes, and more
  • Conducting client onboarding, including coordinating data migration, tutorials, and ongoing training and support
  • Maintaining up-to-date client profiles and records in our CRM system
  • Identifying potential upselling opportunities
  • Engaging in client retention activities and renewing annual contracts as they come due 
  • Troubleshooting and documenting system bugs and errors
  • Serving as a liaison with the Product team by relaying client feedback

Ideal Profile:

  • Interest in, and facility with, SaaS products, apps, and technology in general
  • Some connection to, or background in, the Art Industry
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
  • Facility building relationship with a diverse range of roles and personalities
  • Desire and ability to work in an unstructured, small company environment
