1st International Conceptual Art Biennale “Perceptions of the World”
Curator of the Biennale: Tomas Lagūnavičius.

The biennial will run from May 14 to 23, 2026

What is this Biennale about? How do we today interpret the various events taking place in the world: everyday, personal, social, political, aesthetic, technological? How do we perceive them and how do we interpret them? What concepts do we apply: postmodernist, metamodernist, modernist, etc.? What emotions do you experience while interpreting: do you calm down, or, on the contrary, do you feel anxious or afraid?
