Artists of all levels are invited to join this online session by the VAA to unlock their potential and access where the magic happens! Mindset is repeatedly hailed as the most important aspect of any great artist. Being able to identify and create artists opportunities is part of developing a growth mindset. We all have invisible boundaries around us, be they comfort zones or barriers. But what happens if we never push ourselves outside our comfort zone? Boredom or worse? The problem is that many of us allow a fixed mindset to dampen our spirits and hold us back.

We will look at new ways of working and thinking in relation to empowerment, engagement, and ambition to create your artist pathway to GREATNESS.

Educating… enlightening and entertaining are words used to describe motivational speaker and award-winning author Gavin Oattes, who will be delivering the session. Gavin has worked with over 1,000,000 individuals ranging from artists and creatives  to large blue chip organisations including Nike and the NHS. If you want to take your arts business to the next level, prepare for a fun and inspiring session to help you develop your mindset.

This micro-learning masterclass will take place on 26th January 2022 via Zoom Webinar at 14.00 GMT. Spaces limited. Free to premium members of the VAA, simply join online. Or alternatively artists can book the event without membership. Early bird ticket offers available until 30th December at £24.99 or £39.99 after this date.
