On Happiness

In this explorative art for wellbeing class we will create emotional and expressive pieces (Drawings, collages or paintings) on paper. We will have the chance to make original artworks based on a personal idea of happiness. After looking at some beautiful paintings and engaging in an inspiring dialogue, each participant will make her/his/their own piece of art while having fun, connecting with others, healing, focusing and making meaning.
