- About -

I am highly motivated, scrappy and dynamic. Most of all, I am passionate about modern, contemporary art and culture. I enjoy working through fast-paced situations where I am obliged to prioritize, delegate and multi-task. I pride myself in being thorough and efficient while being fond of a good laugh, getting lost in conversations, and learning from others. I also love a challenge. My relevant qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art and Art History from Goldsmiths University of London. Before moving to New York I was the Personal Assistant for the Director of South Kiosk, a gallery in South East London. My official duties consisted, but were not limited to, organizing his schedule and constant travel arrangements. I was responsible for helping him with ongoing projects inside and outside the gallery and complying with unanticipated requests when needed. In this position, I was able to broad the galleries contacts by liaising with suppliers, other galleries and customers at the gallery, Art Fairs and other private events. In 2016 I worked as Monitor at the Floating Piers by Christo. This installation took place in Lago de Iseo in Italy, where I worked closely to the artist’s team and helped install, fix and later take apart elements of the installation. Working for a high profile artist I was able to refine my attention to detail and my time management skills. Prior to the experience above, I worked as an Assistant to the manager and to the artist of Maxó Gallery in Barcelona. Being responsible for assisting the artist in his personal errands and schedule, among other responsibilities, made me capable of working with others through the creative process of production while meeting the challenges presented to me. Having assisted the manager of the gallery, I was able to utilize organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills to drive the team to work at their maximum potential.
