Art Director Tommy J. Reyes is a Chicago-based gallerist/artist who received his MFA in Media Arts from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and received his BFA/BA from Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University.  He is currently the Art Director and owner of Gallery19 in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago.  Before opening Gallery19 now 6 years ago, Tommy taught photography at the University of New Mexico, prior to that he was assistant curator at Las Manos Gallery in Chicago. Gallery19 explores the tenants of modern art in a post-modern art world, he showcases artists that show mastery and challenge the limits of their given medium.
