POSITION SUMMARY:
 
2020 CURATING & EVENTS & MARKETING Internship position within MAKERCE ARTS business focused on GALLERY business.  Assist Gallery curation/events/marketing on day-to-day business needs.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Assist 2020 CURATING & EVENTS & MARKETING teams in market prior and during appointments or visitings or projects

Gallery set up and walk through presentations

Manage the art lines and market materials

Art handling, curations and sales to clients

Market order entry in online and order files

Cross check customer orders against internal records to ensure orders are correct

Partner with Customer Service/Allocations on accounts’ shipping needs

Project to create and develop for the special events

Take care of event visitors

Assist the art director to create social media contents, online, push & pull marketings

Follow up & make for the teamwork to develop the leaderships for some part of projects

 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
        
Education: Enrolled in a Bachelors degree with relevant coursework
 
Skills:

Strong analytical skills

Ability to drive processes

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Organization and prioritization

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
