Jackie Neale is a photographic artist. During her business hours, Jackie is educator, imaging director, photo editor, author, and exhibitor at the 2019 Venice Biennale Exhibitions. In her creative hours, Jackie can be found in the darkroom, using alternative photographic processes, or conducting oral history interviews for community arts based projects. Additionally, Jackie is the former Imaging Director and Producer of Online Features at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where she created original photography and provided imaging direction for our critically acclaimed, high-praised, and award winning online publications like The Artist Project, 82nd and Fifth, The Timeline of Art History, and more. Projects she is deeply and profoundly proud of. Jackie is the recipient of Mural Arts Philadelphia Tacony Artist In Residence, MissionEDC STEAM Artist Expert Residency, TX, and Guapamacataro Arts & Ecology Residency, MX. Her work is exhibited internationally, and often lectures about photographic processes and community based arts throughout the world. She has appeared on NPR/WNYC radio, is in the film "Time Zero: The Last Year of Polaroid," she is a published author, an instructor at NYFA and Saint Joseph's University, and has successfully fundraised to self publish her (sold out) photographs book, "#SubwaySeries.
