Musician/Music Writer

Job Level:

I am a senior music major at Goucher College seeking a job immediately following my graduation in May. I am seeking a job in New York, but will gladly accept offers in Baltimore as well. My experience lies mainly in music performance, and I have played in many ensembles from chamber groups to larger orchestras for most of my life. I also have some experience writing about music, as I was a music reviewer at InYourSpeakers Media for one year, where I wrote reviews, researched the artists, and also researched comparable titles. Additionally, I taught three middle school flute students for a time, and would eagerly accept a teaching job as well. My main areas of interest are performance, publicity, writing, and teaching.

Job Level:

I am currently in my second year of Fine Art Ba(Hons) studying at Cambridge School of Art. I have plans to do a Masters in Contemporary Art Theory after graduation and eventually my ambition is to curate contemporary art. Therefore I am looking for a curating internship at a Bristol based gallery during the months (can be flexible) of May, June, July and August.

Throughout my undergraduate so far I have gained a small amount of experience of curating via student organised exhibitions. I enjoyed these exhibitions throughouly and because of them, I am aware of what curating consists of. I also have a part time job on top of my studies and extracurricular activities, of which the main purposed to fund a Masters - I am incredibly passionate about art and the art business, it is most definitely what I want to be a part of.

Email me for further information, a CV and references.
