The New Harmony Project, a national arts organization whose mission is to nurture writers in the development of new works that interrogate the complexity of hope, is seeking an Executive Artistic Director to lead the organization into an exciting new phase of growth and development. NHP will hire an individual who demonstrates a passion for writers and new work development; excels in strategic visioning; builds and implements evidence-based operations models; and is invigorated by collaborating with the various communities (national artistic, central & southern Indiana) that The New Harmony Project serves. Duties include organizational leadership, planning, fundraising, strategic partnerships, managing finances, and board relationships.
