Dacia Gallery is pleased to offer and exciting Figure Painting Workshop with artist Lee Vasu in our intimate gallery setting. Surrounded by art, let us inspire you to express yourself creatively and have an incredible time learning. This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners or those who have taken previous art classes and want to continue their artistic journey. We will be painting from the live model. Focusing under instructor guidance on different aspects of the figure, such as form, light, shape, distribution of force, mood, and personality. The aspects discussed will aid the student to develop three fundamental elements of figurative painting: the technique of drawing, the skill of seeing the figure, and the introduction of life into the painting with realistic flesh tones.
