Sea Seed

Peppier Mache, Fabric, soft silicone filler, acryl. The inspiration for the Sea Seeds series comes from the World Ocean. According to one theory, life on earth comes from water, so water is a substance full of life. It spreads seeds throughout the universe. Seeds of the sea are abstract objects that resemble either the seeds of plants, or the fancy corals from the deep, or cells of the micro world. Art object - is the symbol of life. The idea is that the ocean can produce seeds, seemed to me inspiring.

Alien series. Phoenix.

Wood, textile. rubber, corals. This series of mini-sculptures is illustrating the phenomena of Alien – something or someone, that may appear one day in our lives. This meeting can make a lasting impression on our entire existence. A discovery, an emerging memory, an external event, a vivid image, a revelation, an impression. Aliens are symbols of such phenomena. The still form of the moment. Such aliens affects us. They make us change, become “turning points” and “points of attention”, inspire.

Bio:

Was born in 1979 in Ukraine. Graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts (Kyiv, Ukraine), Member of a professional Artist Union of Ukraine. She took part in more than 30 collective exhibitions in Ukraine and Europe, has more than 10 personal exhibitions.
