As an artist I am interested in reflecting the distortion of the body, the physical, its dysmorphia and the internal image.  The project is about the distortion around this lockdown time and its health consequences, my obsessions and my identity are challenged. Through various techniques I try to approach the most objective side possible and contrast it with this alienation and the nonconformism factor.  Medical studies such as X-rays, CT scans and blood tests in order to show the body as a physical structure, the most material side of the human being. The Images of pure, frontal naked bodies propose a real and "objective" confrontation.  On the other hand, different types of distortion are used with the idea to talk about self-perception, the most emotional issue. Shapes are modified to reach images of a body that doesn’t exist. The project proposes an unfolding identity and leads the body towards impossible continuity.
