This initiative offers talented photographers the opportunity to showcase their skills and share their images with a vast community of architecture enthusiasts.

Archinerds aims to create a space where architecture and photography enthusiasts can come together, discover new perspectives, and celebrate the beauty and essence of architectural wonders from around the world. Edited by the designer and architect Giuseppe Gallo, since its launch in 2015, Archinerds has garnered millions of views and has become a go-to platform for architecture photography enthusiasts.

Apply to explore the work of pioneering architect and 2022 RA Architecture Prize Award Winner, Renée Gailhoustet over a six-week residency in Paris.

Renée Gailhoustet was awarded the 2022 RA Architecture Prize in recognition of her career creating transformative social housing in the suburbs of Paris. Her designs are radically flexible – she did not like doors and found ingenious ways of creating planted terraces even at the top of tower-blocks. Her buildings make the case for exciting, generous architecture for all, and many of her apartments remain social housing, providing cheap rents and big spaces.

Bryen & Langley x Photofusion

This is a great opportunity for a photographer who is interested in architecture/ urban landscapes and/ or responding to a space. 

This is an exciting paid opportunity for an emerging Lambeth based photographer who is 18+. Bryen & Langley and Photofusion are collaborating to find a photographer to capture the development of new affordable workspace on Beehive Place, delivered as part of Lambeth Council’s Revitalising Brixton’s Rec Quarter’ project.

The photographer will be supported to complete a body of work, which will include mentoring from internal and external mentors as well as having access to kit and production facilities (darkroom or digital) at Photofusion. The mentoring will cover training on how to use artificial lighting in large spaces and much more…

Design the toilets of Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera in Warsaw

The Tubądzin Design Awards (TDA), organized by the Tubądzin Group since 2015, is a competition for architects, designers, and students from all over the world.

Within the CultureFORM category, Tubądzin, together with competition partner Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera in Warsaw, opened up an additional special design assignment for architects - 'Design the toilets of the Grand Theatre of the National Opera in Warsaw'.

The challenge is to prepare a concept for the toilets located in the theatre spaces, separately for women's and men's toilets, including those for people with disabilities.

Exercising Modernity Academy 2022

Exercising Modernity Academy is a project for intellectual and artistic exchange, focused on describing the Polish share in modern heritage in a new, interdisciplinary way as well as in an international context. The project aims to highlight modern ideas in a broader sense by tracing modernization practices in Europe and beyond, as well as by following the establishment of modern societies and modern states. Nevertheless, we pay special attention to culture, and more specifically to architecture, which we consider a unique field of various intersecting perspectives, ambitions, concerns and hopes relevant in the formation of the 20th century world.
