March PleinAir Salon Online Art Competition

The 14th Annual PleinAir Salon is an online art competition with 12 monthly cycles, and is open to a variety of mediums and styles. It’s not just for plein air painters! We invite a variety of top master artists, museum directors and gallery owners to judge each month. All monthly winners are automatically included in the Annual Competition where the Grand Prize winner receives $15,000 and has their painting featured on the cover of PleinAir Magazine, the #1 representational art magazine at Barnes & Noble.

In addition to a total of $50,000 in ALL Cash Prizes, winners receive exposure and recognition through our various magazines, websites, newsletters and social media platforms.

New Visionary Magazine is a print and digital publication featuring contemporary artists, exclusive interviews with art world professionals, and valuable art career resources. Published by Visionary Art Collective, a New York City-based Contemporary Art & Artist Development company, our mission is to uplift artists through features, virtual exhibitions, podcast interviews, and mentorship programs. 

To increase visibility for our featured artists, we distribute print copies at major art fairs, including Affordable Art Fair NYC and Superfine NYC, offering exposure to a broader and engaged audience.

15th Annual “Seascapes” Online Art Competition

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces the 15th Annual “Seascapes” Online Art Competition. 

The gallery invites both 2D and 3D artists (including photography & digital art), regardless of where they reside, to apply to this competition by submitting their best representational or abstract art. The “Seascapes” theme is the artist’s interpretation and depiction of seascape art.  Seascape subjects would include scenes of coastal living, any ocean activities, seaside vistas and any related seashore subjects.

Best in Show winner will receive a cash prize. Winners receive extensive worldwide publicity and promotion.

Entry Fees: $18.00 for 1 to 2 entries / $26.00 for 3 to 5 entries. Early entry and art student discounts.

Working & living space for creative professionals at special conditions

In two Viennese Wilhelminian-style villas located close to Wilheminenberg Palace, temporary work
and living spaces are made available to creative professionals at special conditions. The project aims to add social sustainability to the ecologically sustainable general refurbishment project of the double property.

Full Funded Residency Program: ARCUS Project

ARCUS Project’s Artist-in-residence program is dedicated to supporting artists engaged in creative activities worldwide by providing time, space, and a contemplative environment for in-depth fieldwork and research. Through financial and practical support, the residency program offers from its dedicated staff members of directors and regular tutorials with a curator, artists can explore approaches in their practices and undertake new challenges in their artistic expression.
