Our Call for Ideas for Forecast's 2026-27 Edition Is Open!

We’re delighted to announce the new mentors and open call for applications for the 11th Forecast Festival. Send us your project ideas by Monday, February 16, at 11:59pm CET.

 

Artistic practitioners and cultural producers working in all creative fields, anywhere in the world, are encouraged to apply to Forecast’s international mentorship program and festival with projects that could benefit from the expertise of one of this edition’s mentors and their unique approach to material and knowledge production. The call is open to applicants of all ages and does not prescribe a theme. The program’s only requirement is to submit projects that are relevant to the expertise of the mentor you wish to work with.

ABOUT THE PLAY:
When Agnes finds her late sister Tilly's Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she stumbles into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly's refuge.

This high-octane dramatic comedy is laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres and ‘90s pop culture that offers a heart-pounding homage to the geek within us all.

THE PRODUCTION:
This is a live production in front of an audience. Rehearsals will be held on campus with most rehearsals occurring in Sherman Hall.

Open Call: Humour

AIR Gallery are seeking artworks relating to the theme of humour and joy. With everything that has happened and is currently happening  in the world; we want to shift the focus to something positive.

We are seeking works that can be (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Joyfulness and Happiness
  • Laughter 
  • Comedy and Humorous outlooks
  • Physical and Slapstick humour
  • Improvisation
  • Surreal humour
  • Topical humour
  • Dark Humour, Irony, Wit and Satire
  •  

​Artists can enter up to three works for consideration. There is no limit on medium and no cost to take part.

​All works must be complete and ready to show for May. Deadline is 17th April midnight GMT.  

ProperGanda

Properganda is a monthly night running for 5 years with an average 60 people audience.

A form of cultural event that is aimed at entertaining the attitude of a community (or audience) towards the different artforms and entertainment.
We're looking for any acts from Burlesque, Singer/Songwriters, Bands, Poetry, Puppetry, DJs, Magicians, Clowns, Stand up Comedians, Short film makers, installations, Performance art, alternative art, LGBTQ... 

Your act should be around 5 to 12 mins. Send us your proposal, or bio and links to your work.

We operate a box office share to be distributed 100% amongst the acts- no cut for venue or promoters. Also you get 2 free drinks and a + 1 person in for free.
