Call for Artists for International Print Magazine September & October 2023

We're excited to share the opportunity to be featured in the summer editions of our International Art Magazine for Emerging Artists, publishing date September & October 2023.

Artists will be given 2 pages (spread) in the publication that will feature at least 2 works. 
The artist's biography, statement, website and social media handle will be included in the feature.

All selected artists will get a digital copy of the magazine in PDF format for free, and the print issue will be available for purchase internationally via print on demand. 

We welcome emerging visual artists from all continents and from all fields of Visual Art.

In order be continue to be as inclusive as possible, there is no entry fee.

Artist Interview- Art Magazine

Insights of an Eco Artist is an international art  publication that features selected artists and writers from around the globe with a high focus on contemporary art and those tackling issues of social and ecological justice.

Insights of an Eco Artist Interviews is a way for artists to articulate their vision and promote their work  through a web published art dialogue.

The artists are interviewed by the founder & artist Joana Alarcão to highlight their artistic career and explore how artistic interventions play a crucial role in bringing conversation forward about social political atmospheres and climate issues.

Throughlines

The Indianapolis Art Center announces a Call for Entry to Throughlines. Throughlines is a juried exhibition featuring contemporary drawing – contemporary takes on a traditional technique. This exhibition will highlight the world of drawing today and the richness found in the wide variety of techniques, styles, and aesthetics involved. The Art Center is calling for entries from artists 18 or older working in any drawing related media in the United States. Work made with any drawing technique or work that utilizes drawing as a critical component are eligible.

Open Call for Visual Arts Writers

ONE WORK – Arts Writer Open Call 
 
Prospect Art is seeking arts writers for the ONE WORK series. The ONE WORK series is dedicated to a critical dialogue that focuses on one specific completed work by a contemporary artist. The series unites visual artists and critical writers through a monthly online publication.   
 
This open call is for any writer enthusiastic about art that would want to write a short piece about a specific work from a contemporary artist that you will be paired with from our open call artist pool. We know that people wear many hats in the art world, so we are open to curators, writers, or artists who desire to be part of this project and write an article.
