Digital America Online Journal Call for Submission

Digital America is interested in pushing the boundaries of online publishing. We publish an array of digital art, internet art, design, and critical essays that question, analyze, and/or hack the tools of digital culture. You can submit work independently to submissions@digitalamerica.org (see guidelines below). Selected work is either published in our fall issue (November) or our spring issue (April). If you’re curious if your work would be a good fit for the journal, we suggest taking some time to read through the last few issues. We promise it’s time well spent.

Digital Alchemies

Collective exhibition in a Parisian gallery, march/may 2023.

This  curatorial proposal wishes to explore the artistic production of visual  forms from algorithms and conscious work with interfaces, in an  introspective framework that seeks to identify the specificities of each  creative process.

Important:  This is a particular open call, because beyond the artistic quality of  each project, a special look will be given to the introspective  discourse of each artist, and to the link of the works with an academic  research project in progress.
