Still Life invites artists to present their formal and conceptual notions of the modern day still life. Artists who make still lifes create suggestive worlds, placing clues about their lives and their often invented, absent characters into their compositions.

CraftForms 2023 International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Fine Craft

The Wayne Art Center in Wayne, PA is seeking submissions for a juried exhibition of contemporary fine craft. Selected works will be on display from December 2, 2023 through January 20, 2024 in the Davenport Gallery of the Wayne Art Center. This year’s juror Jean McLaughlin will present $10,000 in prize awards. We are seeking the following mediums: basketry, ceramics, decorative fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, paper, wearable art and wood. Work created utilizing CAD/CAM technologies and 3D printing tools is also eligible. $45 entry fee. Deadline: September 13, 2023. 13th Annual Juried Art Show

Now a nation-wide open call, the Riverviews Artspace Annual Juried Art Show has been a tradition for 13 years. Artists of any media and subject matter, from any US State can enter 3 works for consideration to the chosen juror, Elsabé Dixon.

The show is open to artists living in the U.S. Artists may submit a maximum of three entries in any medium and concerning any subject matter. Work must be original and must have been completed in the last five years. 2D work must be ready to hang with the appropriate hardware. 3D work must come with display instructions. Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup of work and any associated cost. Deadline to enter is September 16th, 2021 at 5pm EST.

29th annual Emerald Coast National Juried Fine Arts exhibition

The Mattie Kelly Arts Center Galleries of Northwest Florida State College cordially invite you to apply for the 29th Emerald Coast National Juried Fine Arts Exhibition, hosted annually. This year's juror is Polly Nordstrand, Curator of Southwest Art, Colorado Springs Fine Art Center at Colorado College. Artists may submit up to 3 works of art, and the Best-in-Show, first-place winner not only receives $1000, but is also given the opportunity to host a solo exhibition in our Holzhauer Gallery, adjacent to next year's 30th Emerald Coast National. 

8th Annual Texas Juried Exhibition | Opening Reception

Artspace111 is pleased to announce an open call for submissions for the 8th annual Artspace111 Texas Juried Exhibition, juried by Caleb Bell, Curator at the Tyler Museum of Art. The competition includes eligibility for 2D and 3D artwork. The exhibition will be open July 10th through August 28th with an opening reception on the evening of July 17th. Due date for entries is Monday, May 24th. Contemporary 2D and 3D works that follow the requirements detailed in the prospectus are eligible for acceptance, artwork selected by the juror from the eligible submissions will be included in the Texas Juried Exhibition at Artspace111 and are eligible for cash awards.
