Open Call – AADK Spain Residency Program 2023 first semester

AADK Spain invites all artists and researchers who wish to work on the topics of body, territory and/or spatiality to participate in its Artist Residency Program.

Theoretical research projects of any scientific or humanistic discipline are eligible for this call, provided that they have the artistic practice as their object of study.

For this call, priority will be given to projects which have the natural environment as their starting point, explore the topic of animality, and/or reflect on our interdependence with non-human species.

Open Call for 2022 / Artist Residency Program AADK Spain

Dear friends,

In the midst of a global scenario that is still looking for balance, we are filled with enthusiasm for the possibility of releasing this new Open Call. At AADK Spain, we continue working to facilitate spaces for creation and bring our resources closer to those who need time for reflection and experimentation within their artistic practice.
Today, our doors remain open, and we feel strangely and strongly equipped with the experience gained during these odd times.

Open Call 2021 / Artist Residency Program AADK Spain

AADK Spain invites all artists and researchers who wish to work on the topics of body, territory and spatiality to participate in its Artist Residency Program.

For this call, priority (not exclusive) will be given to intervention proposals developed in the landscape, conceived from any creative discipline (sound, performance, visual arts, architecture, agriculture or any other approach that is linked to the theme). Such interventions may be carried out in the natural or semi-urban area of Blanca.

Duration of residency: 15 days on location + time for preparatory and concluding work
Locations: Toulouse, Barcelona, Palma

 

ABOUT

A ⇆ T is a project establishing a network of residencies for the promotion of artistic research and production in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and Occitania, promoted by a collaboration between  Idensitat, Casa Planas (Palma), La Escocesa (Barcelona) and Le BBB Centre d’art (Toulouse). It is supported by the Euroregion Pyrénées Méditerranée - AAP Culture / Pyrenees-Mediterranean Euroregion.
