Zemin Berlin's Open Call for Pop-Up Exhibition Projects

Open Call For Pop-Up Exhibition Projects

In order to make the most of our mission to give even more space to art in our 2024-2025 events and exhibition calendar, we invite you to realize your small-scale Pop-Up Exhibition projects at Zemin Berlin! If you are a Berlin-based artist/curator/collective with a vision to make an impact through your art, we invite you to submit your work to Zemin Art Space.

We welcome all visionaries. We do not have any theme limitations. Through visual narratives and dynamic mixed-media explorations, we seek to amplify the voices of passionate artists, curators and creative collectives through their projects that transcend the traditional presentation models.

Call for Contributors or Co-Producers for Emerging Artist Development

This paid opportunity invites 3-4 individuals or collectives to support a four-month long young artist development programme launching in May 2024, intended to support emerging artists finding barriers to entering creative careers, as well as new arts graduates struggling to find early career opportunities. Delivered through a combination of participant-led peer-learning workshops and three mentorship or practice development sessions, this project will offer participants reflexive mentorship and networking opportunities with artists and gallery professionals in London.

«InterGeneration»

For our Artist in Residence Programme 2025, we are looking for artists who explore the theme of generations in their work, and who challenge and rethink social beliefs.

The Villa Sonnenberg Foundation's Open Call «InterGeneration» is addressed to professional artists of all disciplines with a project proposal that has the potential to question existing concepts about generations, to create new approaches and to appeal to people of different age groups and inspire them to participate.

Studio residencies at Villa Sonnenberg usually last three months:

OPEN CALL 'ESSENTIAL STRUCTURE' MINIMALISM EXHIBITION

Gerald Moore Gallery is pleased to invite submissions to this year’s Open Call Essential Structure.

With artwork devod of pictorial and decorative content and stripped of external references, Minimalism was one of the most important and influential movements of the late Modernist era of the 1960s and early 70s. Its features included an emphasis on pure abstract form, specific materials, and precise, clean presentation. Its impact can still be seen, not just in the artworld, but also in design, architectur, literatur, and music.

The exhibition Essential Structure aims to survey the spirit of Minimalism in the work of artists today, and examine how its principals continue to inspire creativity in a variety of media.

The Claw - Call for Visual Artists

The Claw is a brand new independent queer-run, queer-focused publication out of Seattle, Washington spotlighting artists in Washington State and beyond. Each issue will feature standout visual artists with information about them, their work, and where to find / follow them, as well as information on upcoming arts, cultural, and nightlife events, providing an all-in-one source for artists and readers alike to find opportunities and events within the community. Artists do not need to reside in Seattle to be considered for publication.
