ALIVE Open Call

AVE22 MetaGallery would likes to invite artists to take part in our “ALIVE” open call.

OVERVIEW

Rather than setting a topic for the future exhibition, we would like to stress its technical details.

We would like to experiment with “making artworks live”. In our case, we will add a very simple animation just to make a feel that it is alive.

You can view an example of such work at the open call page.

As for the topic, we will definitely be glad to see artworks that are moving, that are in motion, that are live.

Though the effect could be added to nearly any artwork, it is definitely better to supplement the motion to the already conveyed movement message contained in the artwork.

ELIGIBILITY

Artists have to be over 21 years old.

Any medium could be submitted to the open call. We will “animate” your artworks - so, this is to be an amended artwork of yours.

If you wish to submit a 3D artwork for the exhibition, these have to be provided as 3D models; please contact us for details.

For 2D artworks please submit 2 artworks in .jpg or .png format, not more that 9 Mb per artwork.

For non-digital art please submit good quality photos - just as you would like to see them in the gallery.
