8th International Performance Art Exhibition in Sao Paulo - SerformanceP

Since 2015, SerformanceP promotes the production and enjoyment of performing arts in different formats. Annually, artists from around the world show their creations in an exhibition in São Paulo, a cultural and countercultural hub in the global south.

The event is an independent initiative of the São Paulo twins Isaac and Ismael Trabuco in a network of artists and producers.

With each passing year, we invest in the project to build a diverse and inclusive community that celebrates the power of performance art as a unifying language that knows no boundaries.

For 2024 edition, we are receiving applications from performers and artists to take part, in 3 ways:

– In person: in the city of São Paulo, on the chosen dates and locations.

– VideoPerformance: We’ll show your piece at the opening of the show and if you want it to be shown continuously on the website.

– Live: On Instagram or YouTube on the scheduled day but at the time of your choice.

To take part, read the schedule below and fill in the form indicated in the link (bit ly/serformancep2024) based on the dates and venues you have chosen. If you need to, research the venues. We will contact you later with more details and results on October 1st.

Intervention at CEU Heliópolis

Artist to teach a 2 hour workshop in classrooms or spaces within the school complex

Performance in the streets of the community

Day 3
November 10th – Sunday, 2 – 6pm (GMT-3)

Intervention in Bixiga Park

A recent achievement in the fight for green spaces in the city. It’s a future park, today it would be on the outskirts, in the streets of the Bixiga-Bela Vista neighborhood, famous for being home to several theaters

Lives, remote participation
