Welcome to the ENACTING Digital Film Festival! This online festival is where creativity and social impact come together. We're excited to offer you a unique space for dialogue, advocacy, and engagement with decision makers. The ENACTING Digital Film Festival is breaking down barriers and bringing people together from all corners of the world. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to engage with the ENACTING Digital Film Festival Selection, featuring short social documentaries and debates.
Mark your calendars for Friday 28 April 2023 from 5pm, and Saturday 29 April 2023 from 3pm, for a weekend full of online broadcasts, virtual guides, roundtables, and screenings.
We're inviting everyone interested in social documentaries, local authorities, policy makers, and filmmakers to join us in this celebration of social impact through social documentaries. Don’t miss this opportunity on how to use your creativity to raise awareness of social issues affecting your community through the power of filmmaking. By joining the ENACTING Digital Film Festival, you will learn from field experts and grow your art as a documentary filmmaker. And the best part? You can join us from anywhere in the world! The festival will be streamed live on the ENACTING website, making it accessible to everyone.

Calling all Social Activists and Aspiring Filmmakers!
Are you passionate about creating change in your community or city and have a story to tell? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity that welcomes you from anywhere you are to create a short documentary on a social issue that is concerning you and your community and share your voice with the public.
If you're interested in participating but haven't produced a documentary film before, check out the FREE ENACTING online course, which is designed to give you the confidence and tools you need to produce your own social documentary. To be considered for the Enacting Digital European Film Festival, completed documentaries must be submitted here by the 15th of April 2023.
Prizes Details:
The festival offers a special prize that includes mentoring by an expert team of established and experienced filmmakers and promotion on the enacting platform as well as contact with international institutions involved in the project.
The mentoring programme provides filmmakers with the necessary tools and guidance to develop their skills and advance their careers. The team of experts offers expertise in various areas such as editing, sound design and camera work to help filmmakers hone their craft and create compelling stories.
The winners of the ENACTING Digital Film Festival are showcased on the ENACTING platform and on the websites of the project partners making sure that the winning films and their creators reach a worldwide audience.
