This project explores selective visibility — how people, stories, and spaces are made seen or kept out of view. We invite artists to reflect on what we notice, what we overlook, and who gets to be visible.

Only the artists who get selected will be asked to pay the participation fee in order to cover the expenses (£90）.

PAYMENT METHODS

Only the selected artists will receive the payment link and will have 3 days after selection to pay the participation fee and secure their spot. Payments can be made through PayPal and Credit/Debit Card.

All submissions will be reviewed and selected by the curator team.

Our curatorial organization called CHINCHINART It is a comprehensive operation-based art institution established in 2024, dedicated to curatorial exchanges and the realization of art projects. At the same time, art exhibition projects have been held in London, Shanghai and New York.

The Handbag Factory is a workspace and creative venue run by charity Artists Studio Company (ASC). charity reg: 1045067 

The Handbag Factory is dedicated to curating contemporary art exhibitions and events, showcasing emerging artistic talent and promoting cultural diversity. Through these activities, we aim to engage the public, foster dialogue and deepen appreciation for art within the community.

The physical exhibition space attracts up to 300 visitors per month.
