Codependence

'Codependence': An exhibition focusing on the Historical and Cultural relationship between The USA and UK. Taking place from July 2026 to run alongside the national festivities to commemorate the 250th (Semiquincentennial) anniversary of American Independence from Britain.

The plan is to  shine a light on  how America and Britain have developed and responded to each other over the past 250 years, how we’re both “independent “ , but also how we are also entwined in an ongoing relationship and share the same language. How we have stereotypical views and opinions of each other, and how we have shared common human experiences.   This exhibition plans to document  our on going dialogue from a variety of view points  and will provide a further opportunity for artists to create and develop international and  cultural links,
