Dialogues: A Hybrid Art Project

Artists across all disciplines are invited to participate in ‘Dialogues: A Hybrid Art Project’, a growing network of artist-led exchanges grounded in dialogue through artistic practice.

Initiated in 2022 in response to artists’ desire for connection, reflection, and collaborative exchange, Dialogues creates personal, tactile, and process-driven spaces for sharing work and ideas. What began as a single project, has since evolved into an expanding satellite network shaped by generosity, trust, and alternative modes of working beyond institutional structures (see the Artistic Connectivity Unfolding publication below). Our methodology, or our ‘formula’, is freely available to use (and customise).

At the core of Dialogues is an open and adaptable methodology — a shared “formula” that participants are encouraged to use, reinterpret, and customise within their own contexts.

New rounds of Dialogues begin each July with a collective opening event. Artists interested in initiating a new round and bringing together a group of participants for the 2025 edition are invited to visit the project website and register by 5 June.
