Light Through the Dark: Create! Magazine Winter Solstice International Print Issue 2026

Create! Magazine invites artists worldwide to submit artwork for our Winter Solstice 2026 Print Issue, curated by Sarah Potter, professional witch, psychic medium, and curator based in New York City.

This special issue, Light Through the Dark, celebrates the quiet magic of winter, the return of light, and the beauty of transformation. We welcome submissions that explore themes of ritual, reflection, and luminosity—the stillness that invites rebirth.

Eligibility

• Open to artists worldwide

• All career stages welcome

• All media and styles accepted

• No academic qualifications required

Submission Guidelines

• Submit up to 10 artworks (high-resolution JPGs preferred)

• Include a short artist bio (max 250 words) and artist statement (max 250 words)

• Artwork may have been previously published or exhibited

• $35 fee includes up to 3 images; additional works may be added for an extra fee

Important Dates

• Deadline: November 30, 2025 (11:59 PM EST)

• Notification: January 2026

• Print Issue Release: Late January 2026
