Moho Art Prize

MOHO ART PRIZE is an important award given to the best international talents in contemporary art.

Awarded categories: painting, sculpture and installation, photography, new media (video, digital, performance, other).

Applications are reserved for artists under 50 years old. Applications are open to artists of any nationality.

The prize awarded is of the value of 30.000,00 €.

Deadline for sending applications: 12 July 2019

WINNERS’ NOMINATIONS

For each of the 4 categories (painting, sculpture and installation, photography and new media) 2 winners will be nominated. One for the single project section and one for the entire production section.

The nominations will be announced on:

PRIZES

The total of prizes awarded is 30.000,00 €.

Painting category:

- 2.500,00€ prize for the single project

- 5.000,00€ prize for the entire production

Sculpture and installation category:

- 2.500,00€ prize for the single project

- 5.000,00€ prize for the entire production

Photography category:

- 2.500,00€ prize for the single project

- 5.000,00€ prize for the entire production

Other media category:

- 2.500,00€ prize for the single project

- 5.000,00€ prize for the entire production

The award is founded and managed by the MOHO organization.

The MOHO organization, over the years, has established collaborations and partnerships with galleries, foundations, public and private institutions. Collaborations that continue over time and to which are constantly added new and stimulating artistic realities.

MOHO organizes and manages collective and personal exhibitions every year, scattered in different cities in Europe and beyond. It creates new opportunities of collaboration for artists and stimulating work projects for curators and art spaces.
