Submission for Artist Interview: Celebrating Asian Creativity

Asian Art Contemporary is a premier source for the latest news and insights from the contemporary Asian art world. Based in New York City, Asian Art Contemporary is dedicated to presenting audiences with the most dynamic information in the Asian art scene. Through comprehensive artist interviews, exhibition reviews, and curatorial support, it connects art enthusiasts, collectors, artists, and the broader community with this vibrant field of art.

Asian Art Contemporary bridges the disconnect in global artistic dialogues, celebrating the vibrant and ever-evolving world of contemporary Asian art. It has consistently supported and participated in various art exhibitions and fairs around the world, including the New York Art on Paper Fair, A Space Gallery, the Metropolitan Art Atelier, and more.

We invite Asian artists from around the globe to showcase their creativity. We are looking for diverse techniques and mediums to feature in our platform.

Eligibility

• Open to Asian artists internationally.
• All art forms and techniques are welcome.

Submission Details

• Selected artists will be featured in a digital interview with around 6-8 questions about their art practice.
• Only artists selected for the feature will be notified via email.
• Read and follow the application guidelines thoroughly. Applications that do not meet the criteria will be disqualified.

Fees

• Submission is free. Each artist may submit only one application.
• A production fee will be charged only to those whose works are selected.

How to Apply 

• Applications must be in English. 
• Submit your portfolio ( JPG files of work samples or website link), artist bio, and CV.
• Submitted images must be labeled as follows: Firstname_Lastname_Title_Medium_Dimensions_Year. jpg. JPG files should not exceed 1MB. Maximum 5 JPG files per submission. Selected artists will be contacted for high-resolution images. 
• For video submission, we accept videos posted on YouTube and Vimeo only.
• For security reasons, we don’t open sites with passwords or download attachments from the web.
• We do not accept submissions via email.
