Arte Laguna Prize 19 - Deadline extended

Arte Laguna Prize announces the deadline extension of its call for artists and designers and a new Special Prize in collaboration with VeGAL, the 18th for this edition. Arte Laguna Prize is a Contemporary Art contest based in Venice and open to emerging artists, without restrictions of age, gender, nationality and artistic background, and the theme is free. The techniques admitted are: painting, sculpture and installation, photographic art, video art and short films, performances and acting, digital art, digital graphics and cartoons, environmental and land art, urban art and street art, art design.

In the jury, important names of the current artistic scene will select the 110 finalists who will compete for the prize of 10,000 euros and will have the opportunity to exhibit in the beautiful 3,000 square meters of the Arsenale Nord in Venice from November 16 to December 8, 2024.

Participants will also have the opportunity to access the 18 Special Prizes created in collaboration with international partners:

- 12 International Art Residences
- 1 Business for Art project (with a cash prize)
- 1 Exhibition in gallery (Spain)
- 1 Participation in art and culture festival (Japan)
- 3 Sustainability and Art Projects (with cash prizes)
